  • Implementation / Deployment Process

    A typical project will take approximately 120-180 days to complete from receiving authorization to proceed. It is accomplished by an Interdisciplinary Project Team consisting of RF Engineers, Real Estate & Zoning Specialists, IT Network Engineers, Construction Managers, Logistic Specialists, Tower Riggers, Electricians & Electronics Installers and Field Operations personnel.

    Conterra supports its customers with a state-of-the-art Network Operations Center (NOC) located in the Conterra Corporate Offices in Charlotte, NC that proactively monitors all networks 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year, to ensure carrier-grade performance.

    Customer Web Portal

    With the Conterra flexible SNMP based management support; the operator may have full control and online status, enabling instant fault reporting and status overview of their network 24X7X365. Conterra customers may view the availability status of the network and access and monitor the network performance metrics such as bandwidth usage and latency statistics through the customer web portal.
